Refunds and Cancellations
Rescheduling

If something occurs to affect the scheduled project date, please let us know immediately to discuss rescheduling options.
Deposits are non-refundable

A non-refundable deposit is retained by Clutter Out to cover administrative costs and the reservation of time.
Cancellations

If the client cancels the project after the non-refundable deposit has been paid, any additional payments made will be refunded on a prorated basis, minus the deposit and any costs incurred up to that point.
Payments

We reserve the right to withhold any payments made to cover items that were specifically ordered for the project.
Calm-In Service Policy
Confidentiality
Your personal and sensitive information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties if you provide explicit consent.

Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect your safety or that of others.

Coaching Supervision: In certain cases, de-identified information may be shared with a coaching supervisor for professional development and quality control purposes. This will never include your name or identifying details.
Cancellations

48-Hour Notice: Please cancel or reschedule your session at least 48 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, you'll be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy

15-Minute Grace Period: If you're more than 15 minutes late to your session, it will be canceled, and you'll be charged a $60 no-show fee.
Cancellation/No-Show Limit

Three Strikes: If you have three cancellations or no-shows during your coaching package, you may be at risk of discharge from the program. We’ll notify you if this happens.
Fees and Payments

Charges: All fees will be charged to the card on file or billed directly.
